Seoul, South Korea

A big welcome from Barry and George upon arrival in Seoul.
Downtown Seoul. The foggy conditions were supposedly caused by dust blowing south from the Gobi Desert in Mongolia.

Let the Korean feast begin - with what else? Beebimbop

The white hot coals brought in for the barbeque.
Time for some bolgogi (sp?)
Mitch was the one Korean feast fatality.
Buddhist temple in downtown Seoul.

Another Korean feast at Sangeun's cousins house in Seoul.
The first computerized household I've visited...
No shortage of food here!
Kimchi is truly inspiring - Mitch and I will never have good breath again...
Sleepy bear(!) with the photo op.
War memorial museum, nearly all of which was focused on the Korean war. There's no doubt that North Korea continues to be a major worry for the South Koreans. If you've ever read anything about Kim Jung-Il, you'd probably understand why.

Interesting head-based collage thing...
What's wrong with this picture?
Photo (taken illegally) of a sealed tunnel constructed by the North Koreans under the DMZ.
Here we are scoping the North Koreans at the DMZ
The Ministry of Unification. If South Korea could wish for one thing right now, it would be to probably take over control of N. Korea.
The tunnel tour with Mitch's family at the DMZ.
Nothing like drinking a beer and watching some baseball in Seoul!

I think I'm a fan of Korean baseball.
Mitch is too, apparently
Finally, Mitch and Sangeun's wedding in Seoul.
Check them out in their traditional garb. Mitch appears ready for Disneyland while Sangeun looks a bit like Natalie Portman... just kidding you guys!
The american guys with the bride.
A traditional bow to the american parents
Cool picture I thought I'd throw in there. That's it from Korea!
